An event every week that begins at 8:30 AM on Wednesday, repeating until May 26, 2022

Start your day in an active way! Join us for a 2 mile walking workout and stretching experience on the Major Taylor Trail at Whistler Woods Forest Preserve in Riverdale. The hike will be roughly 45 minutes and will include 15 minutes of stretching before, followed by 15 minutes of relaxing meditation after. Feel free to walk at your own speed, however the group will keep a steady relaxed pace. 

All ages welcome! Please remember to bring water and dress for a workout. No registration required – just show up!
