Trailblazers Walk: Linne Woods

Escape the stresses of urban and suburban life for a couple of hours on the Linne Woods trails, Experience the beauty and peace of nature with all your senses in a walking meditation called Forest Bathing.

Benefits of Forest Bathing

  • Reduces stress and anxiety

  • Lifts mood, boosts attention

  • Sparks creativity

Difficulty level: Easy-Moderate walking pace; no experience necessary.

Parking & Meet Up Spot: We will meet at the parking lot, near the restrooms. Enter the parking area from Dempster St. just west of Harrer Park.

What to bring/wear: Water, sunscreen, bug spray, comfortable clothing, hiking shoes, hat

Patricia O’Donnell will be your guide. Patricia is a birder, volunteer Piping Plover monitor, nature enthusiast, ecological restoration volunteer, and FOTFP Trailblazers volunteer.
