Trailblazers Walk: Harms Woods
Let’s have some fun, get exercise, and enjoy nature! This is a social hike where we can chat about the routine, the mundane, or some of the most unusual or funny things you have ever done, seen, or heard about! Could be something funny that happened at your kid’s school or at the office. Maybe it’s a recipe that flopped (of course not yours!).
Challenge Level: 80% easy with 20% moderate areas. There are no paved trails. They are all crushed limestone, gravel, or hard-packed dirt. It’s a flat trail except for minor dips into the dried-up creek bed. Expect well-groomed trails with a few exceptions.
Parking/Meeting Location: Harms Woods South lot on the corner of Golf Road and Harms Road. Meet in the parking lot, near the sign that says “Grove 1 and 2” I will be holding a Trailblazer” sign and wearing a “Trailblazer” shirt.
